Who Can Join ECAT?

  • Indigenes of Lagos (Eko) State, Nigeria residing in Texas and surrounding areas
  • Friends and associates of Lagos indigenes who support the ECAT mission and values
  • Must have a link to Eko (Lagos) by Birth, Education, Properties, Work or parents
  • Must be of good character and upstanding community member
  • Commitment to cultural preservation and community service
  • Willingness to abide by the ECAT Constitution and By-Laws

Membership Process

Complete Application

Fill out the online membership registration form with your personal and professional details.

Attend Introduction Meeting

Attend an ECAT meeting or event to meet the community and learn about our programs.

Sponsorship

Be sponsored by one existing ECAT member in good standing who can vouch for your character.

Executive Review

Your application is reviewed and approved by the Executive Council and Membership Committee.

05

Acceptance

Acceptance will be communicated and you will have access to the portal to receive your official membership card.
